Secretary’s Report: The minutes from the March meeting presented to the group and were approved unanimously after the date was amended for the previous meeting.

2007 Calendar:

Potpourri expenses: It was decided to contact the advertisers for the Potpourri to see how they will react to reducing the size of the paper and printing in black and white except the covers.

Community Service: Mikel Matthews met with the Illinois State Police who have agreed to help with a skid car session at a date to be named. Mikel is attempting to find a sponsor for this event as it is doubtful that PCA will provide liability for this type of event.

Driving Events: David Kupper is trying to contact the manager at CAT who is responsible for the old Mapleton plant in regards to using this site for an autocross. Mikel is attempting to contact the village of Rantoul in regards to using the old Air Force Base tarmac for autocrosses as the annual parachute weekend was cancelled this year at the field. If anyone has other suggestions please let David know.

Concours Event: Jay Yost has agreed to plan a concours de elegance. No further updates are available.

There will be a Zone 13 presidents meeting April 28, 2007.

The next board meeting will be held June 7th at Guzzardo’s in Lincoln . All are invited.
