Lincoln Trail PCA Board Meeting Minutes

February 21, 2007

CJ’s Restaurant, Bloomington, Illinois

Members Present: Steve Davis, Lynn and Patsy Webber, Darren and Dana Sawyer, Andy Manzer, Michael Matthews

Secretary’s Report: The January Board Meeting minutes were presented to the group and were approved without changes.

2007 Calendar: Discussion regarding upcoming events.

Driving Events: No new information was presented.

Concours: Jay Yost has agreed to chair a concours committee to determine what type of concours event to have this year. It will be the first event of it’s kind for LTR, (at least in recent memory).

Tech Session: Steve Davis has secured Joel Reisser, the tech representative from the national level, to present to the Lincoln Trail Region the finer aspects of "personalizing" (read Performance Modifications) the 964/993/996/GT3 to be held at Isringhausen in Springfield, IL March 24^thfrom 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Community Service: Lynn and Patsy Webber contacted the Illinois State Police and received information regarding programs to help teens improve their driving skills. They will arrange a meeting with Sgt. Mike Ross to discuss what LTR can do help. Michael Matthews agreed to help with this aspect of the LTR.

Potpourri: Steve Davis has taken over the printing duties that were formerly done by non-LTR personnel. This should streamline the process and get the Potpourri out sooner; however, we discussed the prospect of adding $5 to the annual dues in order to simplify the process of getting the Potpourri out in better time. Steve Davis will bring a proposal to the next Board Meeting.

The next board meeting will be held at Guzzardo’s in Lincoln, IL on March 21^st, 2007 at 6:30 pm. All are invited to attend.
