Secretaries Report;: October 12th report presented and accepted

Presidents Report: Steve Davis, Presented the PCA Code of Ethics and Conduct, it was reviewed and accepted. PCA insurance is requiring each region to execute a Warranty Statement attesting to the fact that the Region's officers were not aware of any fact, circumstance or situation as of August 17th, 2005 that might result in a future claim. None of the officers present were aware of any such situations and he president was directed to submit a Warranty Statement to PCA.

Newsletter: Steve Davis will check on the November Potpourri.

Website: Jim Roal, many changes have been made to the site. Jim is updating the site to meet the guidelines for the 2006 Parade Website competition. The first member poll was run on the Yahoo group site. 37 votes were submitted. The question was: We want LTR to be an organization we can all enjoy. The LTR is here to serve it's members. What would you like to see more of from LTR? Select all that apply.

Competition: Mike Matthews, the last Champaign County Sports Car Club Auto-x will be Nov 19th & 20th in Rantoul. Registration at 8:30 and first car off at 10:00

New Business: Steve Davis brought up the possiblity of having internet or teleconference board meetings. Jim and Steve will look into it.

Old Business: Christmas Party, Jim Roal the website has registered 17 people for the event. Name tags and key chains have been ordered and the special invitations have been sent..
