Members Present: Steve Davis, Wayne & Patty White, Lynn & Patsy Webber, Steve Jacobs, Butch & Karen Raiha, Jim Roal

Secretaries Report;: September 7th accepted

Presidents Report: Steve Davis, reqested approval to obtain key fobs to give to members. Patsy moved to authorize Steve to spend upto $250 on key fobs, Steve Jacobs 2nd the motion. Motion passes.

Membership:

Treasurers Report: Butch Raiha, $4,333.83,down $257.18 due to newsletter expense. $63 outstanding from the Furrows car show.

Newsletter: Steve Davis stated that Ken Stonesifer has indicated an interest in doing the newsletter. Steve will contact Ken.

Competition: The SVT-LTR combined auto-x in Peoria was a great success. 40 Paying drivers at $30 each, the event broke even

Sept 18 Auto-x 3,Central Il Airport old terminal, Bloomington

Oct 16 Rally from the Webber's in Bloomigton to the "Kiaserhauf" in Bradford

Dec 10 Christmas party

New Business: Butch told the board that major changes were proposed at Parade reguarding concour judging. Steve Davis will be getting rule changes in the near future and should look at them closely.

Old Business: Christmas Party, Karen indicated that things are under control. Jim Roal is working on on-line registration and Shelly Matthews will be sending invitations to the special guests.

Steve Jacobs is still woring on the by-law changes and plans on having them available for a vote with the December board ballots.

Next Meeting: November 16th, Guzzardo's in Lincoln, 6:30pm
